Long before the generative AI boom, Ahmed was interested in AI use cases for the HR sector, and it has since become one of his passions. Today, he helps large organizations integrate AI to accelerate transformation at Change Factory.

Youssef GHALEM

A serial entrepreneur, passionate about innovation and a strong advocate for sharing knowledge, Youssef Ghalem currently serves as Head of AI at Infosysta. With a background in computer engineering, Youssef began integrating AI into the personalized learning pathways of the Kezakoo platform. He has also authored works on AI in marketing, business development, and business automation.

Mohamad Najem

A nuclear engineer by training, writer, trainer, and leader in agile transformation, Mohamad Najem is the CEO of Futurate. After working as a product manager at Google and Apple, Mohamad delved into the fascinating world of digital transformation through Wemanity, where he helped numerous renowned companies succeed in their digital transformations using agility. By blending AI augmentation with agile transformation, Mohamad has established a strong corporate culture at Futurate and integrated an AI Center of Excellence that allows the company to continually evolve.

Saad Ziadi

A former civil engineer and project manager, he combines his Agile expertise with AI innovations to facilitate the digital transition of companies. Specializing in the establishment of AI Centers of Excellence, he designs workshops to accelerate AI integration, such as ideation sessions for use cases. By blending AI augmentation with agile transformation, he has established a strong corporate culture at Futurate and integrated an AI Center of Excellence that allows the company to continually evolve.
